Society Booking Conditions

• All players should be regular players and have a clear understanding of the game and the etiquette required.
• On arrival the organiser is to report to either the General Manager or to the Professional.
• The society or group organiser is responsible for the conduct of the members both on the course and in the clubhouse.
• All visitors are temporary members for the day and are asked to conform to the club rules and dress regulations in force at the time of your visit
  - No Jeans on the course or in the lounge.
  - No sleeveless shirts, tracksuits or trainers.
  - No mobile phones on the course or main lounge, however, they are permitted in the Player's bar.
• Security: The locker rooms have security coded entrance locks. On arrival the Professional will inform the organiser of the code.
